Delivery Information

  • Standard UK Mainland delivery is FREE on all orders over £16. *Orders under £16 will be subject to a £4.95 charge.
  • The delivery options for a product can be found below and options can be selected while processing your order and checkout. We deliver most items Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5pm (although some of our couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later).
  • Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
  • If you order multiple items with different despatch times, your order may be consolidated and those products will arrive together, however we will confirm by email the if any order is placed for items with a pre-order status. Please view our full terms below.
  • We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. See the section on Delivery exceptions for more details.
  • Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible
Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is FREE

 On all orders over £16 to UK mainland (excludes Highlands, Islands and Ireland including Northern Ireland), delivery is usually in 24-48 Hours. It's also free for orders over £16 if you opt to collect from one of our BHS concessions (in selected locations across the UK). This is subject to availability and excludes international delivery destinations, and premium delivery services. Orders under £16 will be subject to a £4.95 delivery charge.

Next Working Day Delivery

If you place your order with us before 3pm, Monday to Friday, then we will ship your order to you on a next working day delivery service with our courier. The cost for this service is £8.95.

For guaranteed next day delivery* to an address other than the card holders address, payment can be made via PayPal, otherwise your order will be subject to our security procedure which may delay delivery time.

*Guaranteed next day delivery is also subject to our terms and conditions.

Deliveries to Multiple Addresses
If you'd like to have items sent to separate UK addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

Delivery Exceptions

Orders which total under £16 will be subject to a £4.95 delivery charge.

Carriage will be calculated based on the order. Please contact us . Goods that are in stock will be dispatched the same day providing the order is processed before 3pm. NB It can take up to 30 minutes to process your order. Please note that to guarantee same day dispatch the delivery address must match the billing address, if you require delivery to an address that does not match the billing address there will be a delay of approximately 72 hours. If you are in any doubt about status/delivery of your order please don't hesitate to call us. Goods that are out of stock may take up to 4 - 8 weeks of receipt of order. In the unlikely event of goods taking longer than the 4 -8  week period you will be contacted by our customer services. They will give the option for the order to be cancelled if the lead time is unsuitable without penalty to the customer. Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 2 working days of acceptance of order. If the agreed delivery date cannot be met, you will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or cancel the order. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding any Bank or National Holidays. If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, a further two delivery attempts will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point the Goods will be returned to BHS. Please note you are required to examine your Goods at point of delivery and sign 'received in good condition'. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork 'accepted package damaged' or if you so wish, refuse the delivery. Please always check your goods on delivery or if not given time please sign for as unexamined. If the packaging is damaged please sign accepted package damaged. If not satisfied please refuse the delivery, however if you have signed received in good condition we will subsequently not refund or pay for collection of goods. If you require re-delivery, BHS reserve the right to charge these additional shipping costs. Should you wish to cancel the order at this point, BHS reserve the right to deduct from any refund the cost of the initial delivery charge plus extraneous costs incurred as a result of the Goods being returned to BHS.
