  • This Salmon curing kit will really strike a chord with all those budding foodies out there. What better way to explore food than by curing your own Salmon at home with these fantastic flavoured cures Beetroot. Gin. Smokey. The kit has all three along with all the tools you need to make it. You just need pick up a side of Salmon (650g) for each cure. To make your cured salmon following the instructions, cut the salmon in half cover it in one cure and wrap in cling film. Then wrap it up tightly and place it in to the curing bag. Place it in the fridge and leave it there for 2 days, turning it after the first day. Then wash and dry it, cover it, and place it back in the fridge for one more day. That’s it! Slice and serve as you would smoked salmon - on canapes or as a starter for a dinner party.
